Glenfairn Cottage is an attractive ground floor property located in the pretty Highland village of Newtonmore and set within the beatutiful Carngorm National Park. This accommodation is well placed to visit the surrounding countyside and is only 5 minutes walking distance to the village shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars.

1 Double bedroom, bathroom with separate shower unit, recently fitted kitchen, sitting room with double sofa bed and single french door leading to patio, and garden at front of property, entrance vestuble.

There is also a fold out single bed stored in the bedroom cupboard and it can be used as an extra bed or for one person sleeping in the double bed and one person sleeping in the single.

Central heating with additional heating from an open fire in the sitting room, also in the sitting room is a music system, satellite TV and DVD player. Kitchen with integral oven, 4 ring electric hob, fridge freezer. Fuel, power and and generous starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Off road parking, garden with patio. Well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, bars, restaurants, cafe's. 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, bowling greens all wihin 5 minutes walking distance. Excellent skiing, walking, cycling, fishing facilities and further golf courses near by. Good range of visitor attractions, such as whisky trail, castles, gardens, wld life park, folk park, potteries, fantastic adventure/woodland park and many more.
